Who Will Speak for Workers in the Age of AI? 

Dorothée Baumann-Pauly, GSEM Professor and Director of the Geneva Center for Business and Human Rights argues that as artificial intelligence transforms the world of work, traditional institutions representing workers are weakening while risks to labor rights increase. She calls for a broader coalition—including businesses and business schools—to ensure a human-centered future of work.
