For Swatch, the clock is ticking on strategy overhaul 

GSEM Professor Markus Menz argues that Swatch’s board needs substantial renewal to strengthen independence and expertise. He sees Andreas Rickenbacher’s nomination as a positive step but says more independent and internationally experienced directors are still required.
