2020 e-Open House session for executive education programs
The e-Open House session for executive education programs of the University of Geneva took place on Tuesday 31 March. In compliance with the standards and recommendations of health authorities, this event was held exclusively online.
Thanks to its ingenuity, the Centre for Continuing and Distance Education created a virtual Uni Mail to offer e-Open Doors for the first time in its history. For five hours, the public had access to numerous exploratory activities and lectures given by some fifteen UNIGE professors, teachers and experts.
Executive education programs were presented on virtual stands with videos and information brochures. Program coordinators responded to various requests via online chat or video conference. The GSEM was there in force with two stands presenting twelve training courses. With more than 1'000 visits, 400 of which on the GSEM stands, the public was present and the first feedback was very positive.
