Ignazio Ziano joins the GSEM as Assistant Professor

The University of Geneva has appointed Ignazio Ziano as Assistant Professor at the Geneva School of Economics and Management, effective 1 January 2023. Within the GSEM, Ignazio Ziano will join the Institute of Management.

An Italian national, Ignazio Ziano obtained a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Turin in 2014 and a Ph.D. in Business Economics from the University of Ghent in Belgium in 2018. After his Ph.D., Ignazio Ziano was appointed Assistant Professor in the Marketing Department at the Grenoble School of Management (GEM). At the GEM, Professor Ignazio Ziano taught marketing research and consumer behavior, as well as open science and consumer choices for participants in the Ph.D. program.

His research interests include the social psychology of the consumer, judgment and decision-making, and replication studies. His work has been published in numerous journals, including the Journal of Consumer Research, the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, and the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, and presented at several international marketing conferences.
