Mr. Andreas Rytz
Senior Expert in Statistics, Nestlé Clinical Unit
M. Rytz works in the Nestlé Clinical Development unit, conducting research on the impact of product recipes (raw materials, mixtures and process) on metabolism and health. Another key axis of his activity is related to the implementation of digital technologies adding value to clinical research. The Clinical Development unit is involved
in many projects related to Research and Development, with topics ranging from preclinical
trials to genomics and product development. Many outcomes of this research activity have been published in scientific journals.
M. Rytz teaches the course “Experimental Design: Theory and Practice” at the GSEM.
