InZone welcomes founding member of the Connected Learning Consortium to Switzerland
On September 27, InZone joined members of Jesuit Worldwide Learning (JWL) to celebrate the opening of their new offices in Geneva.
Jesuit Worldwide Learning - formerly known as Jesuit Commons: Higher Education at the Margins (JC:HEM) - has been running higher education programs for refugees since its founding in 2010. In over half a decade, more than 5,000 students from over 25 countries have enrolled in JWL’s courses.
A founding member of the Connected Learning Consortium, JWL’s faculty have also taught on several editions of the Geneva Summer Schools Higher Education in Emergencies course, which is co-organized by InZone and UNHCR.
InZone is delighted to welcome JWL to Geneva. We look forward to continuing to work closely together to support higher education for those at the margins.
