| Description | The talk will present the Corpus of Language and Nature, with its design and compilation procedure, as a tool to describe the grammar of natural landscapes from an ethnopragmatic perspective following the Natural Semantic Metalanguage theory. The objective of the Corpus of Language and Nature (CLAN Corpus), which is compiled worldwide, is to show the cognitive and emotional preferences in the observation of nature by non-native and native speakers of English. The talk will present the first results obtained in the analysis of speakers according to variables such as origin, L1, etc. |
