I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Philosophy, University of Geneva, hosted by Prof. Katerina Ierodiakonou. My postdoctoral research is funded by the Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship program. I work mainly on ancient scepticism, but I am interested more generally in Hellenistic philosophy and its Early Modern influence, as well as in contemporary epistemology and moral philosophy.
During my graduate studies, I have been a Fulbright scholar at the Sage School of Philosophy, Cornell University, a visiting graduate student at the Faculty of Classics, University of Cambridge, and a junior fellow at the Institut für die Wissenschaften vom Menschen in Vienna. After defending my thesis in November 2016, supervised by Prof. Gábor Betegh and examined by Prof. David Sedley (Cambridge) and Prof. Tad Brennan (Cornell), I spent a year as a junior fellow at the University of Hamburg, in the framework of a DFG-funded project on the history of scepticism in ancient and medieval thought.
