Dear collegues and participants in the 19th ESMLS, 12-17 June, Geneve,
In my paper to read at the Geneve Symposium, "On medium in the Early Twelfth Century",
I shall refer to several texts hither-to unedited or those which I read differently from the standard editions.
Since those texts are too huge to hand out on paper, I share them in this page.
Link to
- Ratio transcribendi
- The two treatise De mediis attached to the Wien and Escorial Introductiones
I have made some ememdations to my own editions.
-
The Wien treatise De mediis = Introductiones dialecticae <secundum Wilgelmum> IV, ms. Wien VPL 2499 ff. 35v-42v, ed. Iwakuma 1993 pp. 75-78

- Abelard, Dialectica III (part.)
The ms. contains many corruptions. Although Cousin 1836 and De Rijk 1970 have made many emendations, there are not a few parts which remain to have little sense. This is my own proposals for further emendations.
