Registration

The conference takes place at the Centro Stefano Franscini (CSF) in Monte Verità in Ascona, Swizterland. Thanks to generous funding by our sponsors, participants only need to pay for accommodation, which is on site. When you register for the conference, you will be asked to specify the number of nights you will be staying, as well as the room type requested. Full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is included in the price of accommodation for the duration of your stay.

The price for on-site accommodation is:

• Double room/twin beds: 600 CHF (5 nights plus excursion)
• Single room: 900 CHF (5 nights plus excursion)

We take care of booking your accommodation for the duration of the conference, with check-in on Sunday, September 1st and check-out on Friday, September 6th. Extra pre- and post-conference nights are under the responsibility of the participant and are not included in the above fees.

Since a significant portion of our funding depends on the number of nights booked at the CSF, we kindly request that you book your accommodation through our online registration platform. During the registration process, you will also be asked to submit the title and abstract of your talk. The deadline for registration is May 15th, 2013. Cancellation policy:

Cancellation with full refund is possible until May 30th 2013, by contacting . Beyond this date, no refund will be possible.
