UPDATE IFRS WORKSHOP

With travel restrictions still in place and the uncertainty on the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic for the next few months we have made the decision to postpone again the Fibrinogen Workshop planned in Vevey in June until next year.

The IFRS workshops are unique opportunities to share new advances and ideas, and a great occasion to meet the people doing state-of-the-art research in the field in a dynamic but friendly atmosphere. This special aspect of the workshop cannot be replaced by an online meeting. However we feel that it is important to share and discuss the most recent research on Fibrin(ogen) and Factor XIII and so we are pleased to announce a free, mini-symposium which will be held on the afternoons of Tuesday 15th June and Wednesday 16th June 2021.

Registration for this free meeting is required and will be available here soon.

Abstract submission is open on the website. The deadline for the online symposium is 15th March 2021. All abstracts already submitted for the Vevey workshop will automatically be reviewed for the online symposium. In addition, all paid registration fees for the full workshop package will remain valid for the postponed meeting.

We look forward to your abstracts and hearing about your exciting new research in June.

The International Fibrinogen Workshop

The workshop brings together basic and clinical research on Fibrinogen and Factor XIII and is a unique biannual opportunity to share new advances and ideas. It is also a great occasion to meet the people doing state-of-the-art research in the field in a dynamic but friendly atmosphere. Last, but not least, it is also a time to join old friends and colleagues as well as make new ones!
