Further information

The Centre for Innovation Competence plasmatis in Greifswald funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) performs basic research in the new field of plasma medicine in cooperation of the Leibniz Institute for Plasma Science and Technology (INP Greifswald) with the University Medicine Greifswald and with the Diabetes Innovation Centre Karlsburg. plasmatis is one of the top research centres worldwide in the field of plasma medicine. The main goal of future research of plasmatis is to understand the complex mechanisms of plasma-liquid interaction leading to biological effects in cells and tissue, to derive systematic therapy options, particularly on diseases with disturbed redox balances. plasmatis is a modern and excellently equipped research centre combining plasma physics and technology with medical, biological and chemical science that offers young scientists optimal interdisciplinary working conditions in direct vicinity to the Baltic Sea and the German holiday resort islands of Rügen and Usedom.

"Plasmatis" and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research together are offering the position for a
