The Hemodynamic Research Group (HRG) was created in 2008 by Pr. K Bendjelid, MD, Ph.D, who is attending physician at the Geneva University Hospitals. The HRG promotes post-graduate education (including simulation) and research on animal and human physiology applied to clinical practice. The HRG works on the two main pillars of hemodynamic: macro-circulation and micro-circulation. Main research topics are fluid responsiveness, macro-microcirculation coupling and Shock.
