For critical observations requiring an assistance or if you do not feel comfortable with an instrument, do not forget to contact us (by talking to us directly, by phone, email or via PPMS) several days before running your experiments (we have more than 300 active users...) in order to organize efficiently a new personal training, tailored to your needs, during the desk hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday). You can also select an assistance by yourself when you book the machine of interest (option « assisted by... » on the bottom right under the booking calendar).
