4D tracking of centrosomes in a live zygote of the worm C. elegans

Multidimensional sequence (x,y,z,t) acquired with a Andor spinning disk. Imaris software was used for image processing and vizualisation. Centrosomes are in yellow and tracks are shown by coloured segments. Z stacks (10 slices) were imaged every 8 seconds for several minutes.
