Call for proposals: Swiss Personalized Health Network
The Swiss Personalized Health Network (SPHN) is launching its second call for proposals. The aim of the SPHN initiative is to establish a national interoperable data infrastructure at University Hospitals and other research institutions, in order to promote developments in the field of Personalized Health.
A total amount of max. 9 million Swiss francs is available for this second call for proposals. Grants will be awarded to projects aiming at the development, implementation and validation of data infrastructures that allow connecting research institutions and hospitals in order to share and use health-related data across Switzerland.
Funding applications can be submitted from all research areas. Among outstanding applications, priority will however be given to projects that address gaps in the following three areas: 1. Imaging and radiology interoperability, 2. Public health and healthy citizens, 3. Nationwide interoperability of cohorts and registries.
In order to make the best use of the available resources, the SPHN call for proposals is again coordinated with the ETH-Domain Strategic Focus Area in Personalized Health and Related Technologies (ETH SFA PHRT).
Submission deadline for all proposals: 30 June 2018.
