You can get there by public transport or by car, we recommend car sharing whenever possible.

Public transport :
You can reach the center via train from Geneva to Annecy and take bus N°20 from the Annecy train station to “Chavoires” bus station (bus schedule attached).
Please allow enough time for the journey.
Hotel room check-in : As meetings will start at 9:30 AM, you could check in your room before (if feasible of course).
Rooms are allocated in advance by the secretariat, which attempts, as far as possible, to accommodate people from the same group together.
Single and double rooms will be available.
Priority for single rooms will be given to PIs and senior researchers.
Due to capacity reasons, some people will need to stay at the Hôtel Les Muses, which is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Those concerned will be notified in advance.
For all speakers who will be giving a presentation, we would ask you to have your presentations ready on a USB key ONLY and to put your name on it if possible.
If your presentation has been made using a MAC, please let us know so that we can check that it corresponds to your creation.
For those submitting a poster, please note that the maximum size of the poster must not exceed A0 format - portrait orientation. The size of the panels is 118.5 wide x 146cm high.
We have created a folder on the NAS-MIMOL for those of you who will be taking photos over the two days, so that you can upload your pictures there.

A selection of photos will then be posted on the MIMOL website.
- If you do not wish a photo of yourself to be published on the website, please do let us know.
For those wishing to swim in the lake, please bring a towel, as the hotel does not provide one.
Please kindly note that picnics are not permitted in the park. Paddles and inflatable canoes are not permitted on the residence Les Pensières.
Here are two nearby beaches where you can have a picnic and possibly use your equipment Plage de La Brune .
Please bring a pair of trainers with you, as you’ll need them for the social activity you’ll be taking part in 😊 .
Please bring rain gear (Kway , Umbrella...) in case of rain, hoping you won't need it .
