The postdoc will carry out original and independent research on (asymmetric) cell division. 

Our team works on several aspects ofasymmetric and symmetric cell divisions. Our work is based on a powerful combination of functional genomics, genetics, microscopy, biochemistry and chemical biology (see for example Lee et al., 2018, JCBDickinson et al, 2017, Dev CellThomas et al., 2016, Cell Reports) and we use C. elegansand human cells as model systems.

We offer a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions and state of the art equipment. We are part of the Cell Physiology and Metabolism department ( and are located in the Translational research Centre in Oncohaematology, in a new building of the Medical Faculty, Geneva University (

Our staff is international and the working language is English.
