Corrado Sandini has joined DIP Lab in 2015 as a research assistant. Since 2016 he has been enroled in the Lemanic Neuroscience Doctoral school as a PhD student under the co-supervision of Prof Stéphan Eliez and Prof Dimitri Van De Ville. His research focuses on the integration of multiple neuroimaging modalities including both structural and functional MRI and EEG to investigate the neurodevelopmental mechanisms that underlie the pathogenesis of psychosis in 22q11.2 Deletion Syndrome.

 

Corrado obtained his Medical Degree from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Genova in Italy in 2014. During his Master thesis he worked on « Investingating micro-structrual alterations of  the Nigro-Striatal pathway with Diffusion Weighted MRI in Dementia with Lewy Bodies». Before joining DIP Lab Corrado worked as a medical resident in the Department of Neurology of Centre Hospitalier Métropole Savoie in Chambery France.
