Program Evaluation
In collaboration with the Faculty and curriculum committees, UDREM has implemented a school-wide Curriculum Evaluation program. It covers all aspects of the curriculum, including its design and infrastructure, instructional methods and activities and faculty teaching. It also evaluates the impact of the curriculum on Students’ Career choices and readiness to enter residency training. This evaluation ensures a continuous and needed evolution of the curriculum and allows it to adapt its training orientations towards the needs regarding specialties and professional practices in Switzerland.
A database is established to document the trends regarding the characteristics, outcomes and impact of the training program overtime.
