Functions

Actively participate in UDREM research projects related to medical education and health professionals and related to the following research topics, under the supervision of the Unit's faculty members (one or more of these topics will be selected for doctoral work):

Teaching scripts
Communication and clinical reasoning
Training in leadership / management of physicians

Teaching clinical skills
Longitudinal follow-up of medical students in relation to their career choice and other projects

Contribute to ongoing research and development projects within the team (literature research, protocol writing, data collection and analysis, article writing, scientific communication at conferences and congresses).

To contribute to the coaching of students on internships at UDREM, to contribute to the training of trainers in the framework of the training courses offered by UDREM.
