Dr. Bajwa is currently residency co-program director for the University of Geneva Pediatric Residency Program in Geneva, Switzerland. She is also a pediatric hospitalist at the Geneva Children’s Hospital since 2006. Dr. Bajwa’s research interests include the study of professionalism and the assessment of resident competence. She has received grants from the Global Pediatric Education Consortium (GPEC) and the Fondation Litta to pursue her research interests. Dr. Bajwa completed her Masters in Health Professions Education in 2014 at the University of Illinois, Chicago and will be continuing her studies with the pursuit of a PhD in curriculum studies. Her current activities include:
- Participation in the coordination group of the pediatrics clerkship
- Participation in the Evaluation group for the school of Medicine
- Participation in the Task Force for revision of the curriculum
- Participation in the Bureau and Committee for the Masters years of the curriculum
- Teacher in the Pedagogical Skills program for medical students
