Evaluation of activities and resources

The evaluation procedure is based on analysis of existing practices with a view to upgrading and improving them. 
This concrete procedure requires a clear inventory of the current state of affairs and aims to determine to what extent stated objectives are met. This analysis makes it possible to identify strengths and any weaknesses, and to propose improvement measures. 
In a framework of continual improvement, regular verifications of progresses achieved makes it possible to determine if implemented measures are effective.
