Irène Schmidlin

Irène Schmidlin is a social worker and a lawyer who obtained a postgraduate degree in Gender Studies. She passed the bar exam and was particularly active in labour law cases. She also developed her expertise in sex discrimination law and in prevention of sexual harassment while employed in the Equality office of the canton de Vaud. She now works as a lawyer in Lausanne while teaching law to social work students and acting as advisor in sexual harassment cases.
