Renewable Energy Systems group, University of Geneva
Marc Jaxa-Rozen was a postdoctoral researcher at the Renewable Energy Systems group at the University of Geneva, where his research focused on uncertainty analysis for global emissions scenarios as part of the NAVIGATE Horizon 2020 project. He obtained his PhD in 2019 at TU Delft, in the Netherlands; his dissertation evaluated methods for the simulation, planning, and operation of Aquifer Thermal Energy Storage under deep uncertainty, with an emphasis on "smart grid" approaches. He was previously trained as a mechanical engineer in Canada, where he gained experience in the field of energy efficiency consulting before pursuing his graduate studies.
