Training courses

The University of Geneva's research data team offers a range of training courses to support the academic community in various aspects of research data management.

Rendez-vous de l'info scientifique

The Library offers short training sessions lasting 15 minutes or long sessions of between 45 minutes and 1h30.

You can find the program for all training sessions on research data management on the library's website.

You'll also find sessions that are not offered during the current semester. If you are interested in any of them, please let us know by writing to researchdata-info(at)unige.ch.

Graduate Campus & PhD Schools

A one-day training course on "Managing research data as a junior scientist" is offered as part of the Graduate Campus Digital Skills Workshops. Find out more.

Other PhD schools also offer various courses and training programs on the subject. For example, PhD School of Life Sciences offers a "Data Management & Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)" module. Find out more.

Data science for All platform

The Data science competences center (Centre de compétences en sciences des données - CCSD) offers the Data Science For All platform to enable the UNIGE community to develop its data science skills with the help of video capsules.
