Adriana Calcagno

Adriana Calcagno obtained a Bachelor in Social Sciences at the University of Paris 5 Descartes in 2013, and a Master's degree in History of Economic Thought at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2015. Since 2016 she is preparing a joint PhD thesis at the University of Paris 1 and the University of Geneva, under the supervision of Prof. A. Dupont-Kieffer (Paris 1) and Prof. J. Flores (University of Geneva).  Her research is focused on the forming of the development theories of Raúl Prebisch and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), and their possible influence on the policies in Latin America in the 1950s and 1960s.
