The current COVID-19 crisis exacerbates already existing issues surrounding the mental health of humanitarian aid workers. The purpose of the event is to discuss how research could be mobilized to support organizations dealing with both new and existing mental health issues. Our speakers, including professionals of staff welfare units from various international organizations and NGOs, will discuss the following themes: Role of staff, collective care, frontline voices and research.
