Parkings
There are no possibilites to park cars at the Maraîchers site. Cars can be parked on the street nearby though finding a free park can be difficult. Otherwise, one of the following car parks can be used:
- Parking Uni Mail, Boulevard Car-Vogt
- Parking Centre sportif des Vernets, Rue Hans-Wilsdorf
- Parking de Plainpalais. Entrance on both sides of the Avenue du Mail, approximately in the middle of the avenue.

From the airport
Take the train that leaves from the airport terminal to the Geneva main station (gare Cornavin). This trip takes approximately 8 minutes. Although you require a ticket for this trip, free tickets can be obtained from the orange TPG ticket machine located beside the exit of the baggage collection area. This ticket can be used for the train to Geneva as well as the trams in Geneva for 1 hour.
From Cornavin railway station
The university site Maraîchers is approximately 20 minutes walk from the main station (gare Cornavin). Alternatively, you can take one of the following means of public transport: Take Bus 1, leaving from outside the main station in the direction Petit-Bel-Air until the stop Ecole-de-Médecine located just a few minutes walk from Maraîchers. Take tram 15 in the direction Palettes getting off at Uni Mail. The Maraîchers site is a further 5 minutes walk. Take tram 14 in the direction Bernex until Bel-Air. Then take either bus 19 or 2 in the direction Onex-Cité until the stop Musée d'Ethnographie located just a few minutes walk from Maraîchers.
