Résumé
La solution pompe à chaleur utilisant comme source froide des capteurs solaires pour le chauffage et la production d’ECS paraît a priori intéressante du point de vue énergétique, et constitue une bonne alternative au recours à des sondes géothermiques.
Le projet Solarcity à Satigny (GE), complexe immobilier Minergie neuf, est équipé avec ce concept énergétique, 1ère réalisation de cette ampleur. Dans une perspective de standardisation de la solution, le présent projet se propose d’améliorer la connaissance du fonctionnement du système par une modélisation et un retour d’expérience poussés.
