Kwass (babuska Gander)
3.5 l water Boil in a large pot.
5-6   flowers of Holunder Pour the hot water over the flowers like for making tee.
8 Tbs sugar Add to the liquid.
4   lemons Add the lemon juice to the liquid.
Let it cool to room temperature.
1 g yeast Disolve in the liquid and fill the liquid into bottles using a sieve to keep all particles out of the bottle.
Let the bottles stand for 24 hours at room temperature until the liquid contains bubbles.
Then refrigerate the kwass and enjoy it in the next couple of days.
