German raisin cookies (Andrea)
| 250 | g | butter | Preheat oven to 200C=380F |
| 200 | g | sugar | |
| 1 | pcg. | vanilla sugar | |
| 1 | pinch | salt | |
| 4 | eggs | Mix very well | |
| 600 | g | flour | Step by step add up |
| 1 | pcg. | baking powder | |
| 1/2 | pcg. | raisins | |
| little | milk | Stir in.
Butter should be very tick. Use 2 teaspoons to make little heaps on a greased sheet. Bake for 20 min. |

| powdered sugar | Mix powdered sugar with rum/water. | ||
| rum/lemon | Use a brush to spred the frosting on top of the cookies. |
