Pumpkin Pie (Kristen Martin)
2 cups brown sugar
29 oz Pumpkin add
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves add spices and mix
2 cans evaporated milk stir in the milk
this makes enough filling for two nine-inch pies
bake it in a crust at 400 F for about 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 325 F and continue baking for another 45 minutes or until a sharp knife inserted in the center comes out clean
