Both Exploratis and the Quadratis game were featured at the Luxembourg pavillion at World Expo 2020 in Dubai for one week in December 2021. Hugo and his colleague Bruno Teheux from the University of Luxembourg were present in Dubai to run the show for a week, where Exploratis and Quadratis were complemented by the board puzzles Involution and Revolution invented by Bruno and Hugo. The exhibits offered a hands-on experience of mathematics under the title The Simplicity of Complexity.
