Open Positions

The Brain and Learning lab at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, is seeking a post-doctoral fellow to work on the analyses of brain states while humans play video games. A large multi-dimensional data set is available of more than 100 participants playing a FPS game while a video of their face, a log of their game events, a video of the game play screen, ECG and 64-electrodes EEG were recorded. The successful candidate will work closely with PIs Daphné Bavelier (UNIGE) and Alexander Mathis (EPFL) to characterize the various brain states and how they are related to game play performance. The goal is to reverse-engineer the algorithmic basis of game play to study behavior, neural processing & game performance.
