Romane Chevalley is a research assistant at CENLab. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Lausanne, a Master’s degree in Sustainable Design from the University of Brighton, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Geneva. She is involved in the TRAJECTORY project, which investigates the long-term neuropsychological effects of COVID-19. Alongside her research activities, Romane practices as a psychologist with children and adolescents.

Her primary areas of interest include the relationship between digestive health and psychological wellbeing, which she deepens through ongoing training in micronutrition. She is also interested in intercultural dynamics and exploring non dominant viewpoints. Her Master’s thesis in Psychology investigated the factors that drive young migrants to connect with the local community and the challenges they encounter. During her Master’s in Sustainable Design, she examined how everyday objects and dominant theoretical frameworks can structure and constrain human behaviour and thinking.
