Julien Chanal is a Master of Teaching and Research at the University of Geneva, Switzerland. He works in the Methodology and Data Analysis group, where he focuses mainly on Self-Determination Theory (SDT). His research interests include the application of SDT to various domains, such as education, health, sports and business. He is also interested in data analysis and statistical methods, including structural equation modeling and meta-analysis.

Delphine Paumier is a researcher who obtained her PhD at the University of Geneva and is currently pursuing a post-doctorate. Her research interests focus on self-determination theory (SDT). More specifically, she specializes in the development and implementation of interventions to improve motivation and well-being in the school setting, as well as in the study of the structure of self-determined motivation in this context. She also has advanced skills in psychological methods and data analysis.

Bruno Remolif is a doctoral candidate specializing in self-determination theory (SDT) and its application to the school context. His research focuses on the development and maintenance of motivation in students and the implementation of interventions to improve their well-being. He is also interested in multilevel models in psychology, which take into account the different levels of influence on human behavior. Bruno Remolif also works as a teaching assistant.

Kelly Glarner is a PhD student whose research focuses on the use of self-determination theory in the context of sustainable development. She works on the psychology of sustainability, exploring ways to encourage sustainable behaviors in individuals. Kelly Glarner also works as a teaching assistant.

François Vogt is a PhD student at the University of Geneva, specializing in self-determination theory (SDT). More specifically, he is interested in basic needs, such as autonomy, which are essential for psychological well-being and motivation. In addition, he is also interested in physical activity in the context of SDT. François Vogt also works as a teaching assistant.

Marc Yangüez Escalera

Marc is a post-doctoral researcher working in Daphné Bavelier's group. His research focuses on the benefits of physical activity (PA) on cognition and mental health across the lifespan, as well as the role of motivation (SDT) in strengthening or weakening the impact of PA on mental health.

Catherine Audrin

Catherine studied psychology and neuroscience at the University of Geneva. She obtained a PhD in psychology under the supervision of Dr. Julien Chanal and Prof. David Sander. She is currently an external researcher at E3Lab and works as a scientific collaborator at the Haute Ecole Pédagogique (HEP-Lausanne). Her research focuses on the affective processes involved in learning and decision-making, preferences and choices. Catherine is also interested in psychological methods and data analysis.  She uses psychological methods, eye-tracking devices and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) to study these processes.
