Emma Stiennon is a biomedical research engineer specializing in neuroimaging analysis. She graduated from UCLouvain in Belgium. As part of the CEREBEMO project at CENLab, she contributes to end-to-end data processing and analysis, with a particular focus on functional MRI data to investigate the role of the cerebellum in emotional processing. She is also developing a novel experimental paradigm to study the influence of emotion on habit formation. Previously, she interned at the Hummel Lab (EPFL) on non-invasive deep brain stimulation, and conducted her master's thesis at the MIP:Lab (EPFL) on resting-state networks in the brain and spinal cord.
