The Centre for Children's Rights Studies at the University of Geneva is proud to announce the launch of the Children's Rights Academy (CRA) through an inaugural webinar on 2 October 2023. This event will delve into a crucial question in the field of children's rights: How can interdisciplinary and intersectoral studies advance the protection and promotion of children's rights?   

The webinar presents a unique opportunity for experts and professionals to share their valuable insights and actively participate in constructive discussions focused on continuing education in children's rights. The event will feature presentations from various experts in the field of children's rights, including academics, policymakers, and practitioners. Attendees will gain knowledge from these experts, actively engage in vibrant discussions and expand their professional network with like-minded individuals.  

The Children's Rights Academy serves as an exceptional platform for continuing education, catering to academics, practitioners, policymakers, and advocates. Its primary goal is to facilitate the sharing and transfer of scientific knowledge and experiences, while offering the opportunity to learn from esteemed experts in the field. Furthermore, participants can engage in discussions concerning critical issues that impact children's rights.   

The webinar's theme underscores the importance of fostering innovative approaches to research and teaching that revolve around the core principles of children’s rights.
