Abstract submission for ABIM 2026 is closed. Online Registration is still open.
Early registration with reduced fees will close on November 9, 2025. Registration and abstract submission deadline is December 1, 2025.
The registration fee includes admission to the conference for the entire duration of the meeting, the welcome reception on Sunday, coffee breaks, and the farewell dinner with prize ceremony on Thursday. Please note that hotel and meal expenses are not included in the registration fee.
You will receive a confirmation of registration in PDF within a week from registration (receipts are sent at the end of each week, so you won't automatically receive one upon registration). Please enter the address of the institution from which you will seek reimbursement, if this is the case.
If places will be still available, onsite registration will be possible either on Sunday, January 11 at the Hotel Suisse where the Welcome Reception will be held, or during the meeting at the Palladium from Monday to Thursday between 15:00-15:30. Please note that the registration is subject to availability and onsite payments will only be possible by credit card / paypal / postfinance. Cash will not be accepted.

Eligibile for student registration are Master and PhD students.
Please note that registration and pre-booking fees cannot be reimbursed and that no change or cancellation of booking will be accepted after payment!
Abstract Submission
Abstract Submission
The abstract submission can be performed once. No changes will be allowed after submission. Please be sure to have all information needed at hand and check all details carefully before submitting the abstract.
General
An individual can only submit ONE abstract. First author will be considered responsible for assurance of adherence to the rules and of the merit of the sponsored presentation. The first author must be present at the conference.
Content
Your abstract must contain the specific goals of the study, the methods used, a summary of the results and a conclusion.
The Abstract title should clearly define the work discussed. Abbreviations (of compounds, for example) must be spelled out in full at the first use. Do not use abbreviations in the title. Use only standard abbreviations. Capitalize the first letter of all trade names.
The abstract must be in one paragraph and cannot contain more than 250 words (the 250 word limit does not include the title, author or affiliation information). Do not add extra formatting to your abstract. Italic, bold, tabs, extra spaces and paragraph subdivisions are not permitted and will not appear in the final program.
Submitted abstracts will not be reviewed for typos, capitalization or punctuation errors. The abstract will appear in the final program as it was submitted.
Acceptance Notification & Presentation Format
Abstract acceptance notification, together with the presentation format (poster or oral) will be communicated to you by email after the registration deadline. You will be able to express a presentation format preference during abstract submission.
Poster Format
The poster should fit our panels which are 150 cm x 120 cm (landscape) and will be fixed with velcro pieces (provided). The poster should be shown during the whole meeting (Monday – Thursday). Two poster sessions will be held (with first author present), one on Tuesday and the other Wednesday evening.
