The Clinical and Sleep Research (CSR) platform supports human research by providing an integrated environment where clinical assessment, sleep studies, and biological analysis can be conducted coherently and in a multidisciplinary manner. This platform allows research teams to explore brain function and its physiological markers under controlled and complementary conditions.

Three comfortable rooms, located near the MEG and MRI, allow for the implementation of multidisciplinary protocols evaluating brain function before, during, and after a night's sleep, with the possibility of polysomnographic recordings via several EEG systems.

Our platform features six dedicated interview rooms designed for neuropsychological assessments of psychiatric and neurological patients. These spaces ensure confidential behavioral testing in a comfortable and supportive environment. In addition, two specialized rooms are equipped with video technology to capture participants’ movements and facial expressions, enabling precise, non-invasive measurement of clinical symptoms.

The platform also includes a biomarker unit: a fully equipped P2 laboratory for processing blood and saliva samples, including centrifugation, aliquoting, and standard analyses such as ELISA assays (e.g., cortisol, BDNF, inflammatory markers). It also offers DNA/RNA extraction and targeted genotyping services.
