DCI Geneva offer access to electron microscopy (EM) techniques, equipment and expertise.
The facility offers users access to cutting-edge cryo-electron microscopy (cryoEM), covering both single-particle analysis (SPA) and cryo-electron tomography (cryoET) techniques, in addition to a range of room temperature EM methods.
We also offer structure determination of protein and small molecule microcrystals by electron diffraction (microED). The facility provides full training on all instruments and aims for users to be able to operate equipment independently.
Facility staff are available to consult at all stages of experimental design and sample optimisation, through to data collection strategies and data processing. Access to techniques may also be available as a full service from facility staff.
