GEMFIN Students Develop their Leadership Skills in the Swiss Alps
At the beginning of October, GEMFIN (Geneva Master of Advanced Studies in Finance) students participated in a unique Leadership Retreat in the Swiss Alps. Taking place in the beautiful village of Saanen-Gstaad, the retreat was a wonderful opportunity for the students to step outside of their daily classroom life in a peaceful environment for a creative and innovative learning experience.
Guided by Prof. Kasia Jagodzinska and Prof. Raphael Cohen, our Finance students worked to develop their international communication, international negotiation, and entrepreneurial skills.
The retreat is part of a professional development series, designed to enhance leadership competencies that are required for financial executives to manage staff and processes effectively.
