Call to Application : 4EU+ Student Committee   

Do you want to help shape the European University of tomorrow? 

The University of Geneva is looking for a Master’s student and a PhD candidate to represent the institution in the 4EU+ Student Committee.   

The Student Committee acts as the student voice for the eight member universities of the 4EU+ Alliance. By joining the committee, you will take part in various projects, collaborate with several working groups and play an active role in the Alliance’s initiatives. As a representative of UNIGE, you will act as a liaison for Geneva students and help raise awareness of the committee’s activities within the university.  

The committee meets online once a month to discuss ongoing projects, the needs of 4EU+ students and Alliance updates. One or two in-person meetings are also organised each year at one of the partner universities in the form of workshops or working sessions. Participating in the Student Committee is on a voluntary basis.

Desired profile 

  1. Be a full-time student enrolled in a Master’s or PhD programme at the University of Geneva during the 2026–2027 academic year. 

  1. Be available to attend Student Committee meetings and participate in the various projects involving the Student Committee within the Alliance 4EU+.  

  1. Have a sufficient level of English to actively participate in meetings, discussions and projects. A minimum B2 level is recommended.  

  1. Demonstrate a strong interest in European inter-university collaboration.  

  1. Enjoy working in a team within an international and multidisciplinary environment.
