SSE Academy Head, United Nations Sustainable Stock Exchanges (UN SSE) initiative


Tiffany has a PhD in management from the University of Geneva. Her thesis evaluated the mechanisms of change within organizations, through partnerships and ecosystems that contribute to solving the world’s most pressing global challenges. As part of her PhD journey Tiffany spent time as a visiting researcher at the University of Alberta Business School and the Cambridge Judge Business School. She also has an MBA specialized in international organizations from the University of Geneva.

 

As head of the SSE Academy, the UN SSE’s training and education arm, Dr. Grabski works with stock exchanges to disseminate globally consistent and pragmatic education on pressing global topics. Through collaborations with top subject-matter experts and global standard setters, Dr. Grabski develops and delivers training programs on topics such as sustainability and climate disclosure, impact reporting and gender equality. Her first training program on climate-related financial disclosures won the Climate Leadership Award at the 2023 Finance for the Future Awards.

 

The UN SSE initiative is a United Nations Partnership Programme organised by UNCTAD, the UN Global Compact, UNEP-FI and UN PRI. Its mission is to provide a global platform for exploring how exchanges, in collaboration with investors, companies,, regulators, policymakers and relevant international organizations, can enhance performance on ESG (environmental, social and corporate governance) issues and encourage sustainable investment, including the financing of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
