The Evaluation Committee

The Committee for the Evaluation of Accommodations for Special Needs (CEBP) aims to enable affected students to take their exams under adapted conditions, providing them with the same chances of success as the rest of the student community. To achieve this, it meets four times a year.

Dates for the 2025/2026 Academic Year

For the Autumn semester exams, the Committee evaluates accommodation requests on:

  • September 23, 2025
  • November 11, 2025

For the Spring semester exams, the Committee evaluates accommodation requests on:

  • February 17, 2026
  • April 14, 2026

The Committee - How is it organized?

The Committee for the Evaluation of Accommodations for Special Needs is composed of six permanent members, with a renewable one-year term:

The Commission - What Role?

The members of the Commission are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of discussions and decisions. The doctor, the psychologist, as well as the Commission, are bound by professional confidentiality. No information regarding your health status or identity is shared with your faculty.

The Commission makes decisions based on the opinion issued by the Student Health Service, in consultation with the relevant Faculty.

Decisions are made by a majority of the members present. In the event of a tie, the president's vote is decisive.

For the Commission to be authorized to make decisions, at least two members must be present, in addition to the president.

The Commission communicates its decision to the student and the relevant Faculty.
