Peptide Synthesis Platform

We provide custom peptide production by automated solid-phase synthesis. Peptides are purified by reverse-phase HPLC, authenticated by mass spectrometry, and delivered at defined purity with full analytical documentation.

Longer peptides and small proteins can be assembled by native chemical ligation, enabling sequences up to approximately 100 amino acids. Where required, oxidative folding is performed to ensure correct disulfide bond formation.

Post-translational modifications and non-coded amino acids can be incorporated at defined positions, and peptides can be site-specifically labeled with biotin, fluorophores or other tags.
