Behavioral Core Facility

The Behavioral Core Facility​ is a platform where you can have access to many behavioral test equipments and a P2 surgery room with steroetaxic apparatus.

Its goal is to help users from experimental design and acquisition, to data processing (treatment and quantification). In addition to the maintenance of the resources of the platform, the facilty is building new behavioral tasks for mice and updating surgery procedures and material.

This platform is located within the Faculty of Medecine, Building C of the Centre Médical Universitaire (CMU)

  • Training and advice for surgery and mouse behavior systems, advice on experimental design.
  • Training for the use of the videotracking system and for EthoVision software.
  • Expertise in MedPC Software and MedAssociate devices for mouse operant behaviors.
  • Advice for virus selection and training for P2 users
