Health and accident insurance

Medical and pharmaceutical costs are high in Switzerland. A medical and accident insurance is mandatory.

As an exchange student, you can either:

sign up for a special-price insurance when you arrive in Geneva - from CHF 38 per
month, or
request the recognition of your private insurance (which must accept the terms or the Swiss insurance system).
