From 2014 to 2025, Guillaume Fürst was affiliated with the ELF Observatory, where he contributed to several research projects, including the European project MIME, the project Switzerland – A Multicultural Society, and the project Links between Multilingualism and Creativity: From the Individual to the Group, funded by the Boninchi Foundation. Conducted within a quantitative and interdisciplinary framework, his work has focused in particular on the interplay between multilingualism, cultural diversity, and creativity, at both the individual and collective levels. He also carried out expert mandates for federal institutions and served as editorial assistant for the journal Language Problems and Language Planning. Since 2025, Guillaume Fürst has divided his time between academic research in psychology and his practice as a psychologist in Geneva. He remains a research associate at the ELF Observatory.
